親愛的學障兒的父母、親友、老師和同學大家好。

Hi, Dear parents, relatives, friends, teachers and classmate of the Learning disorder children:

我是作家秦續堅，我相信上帝是公平的，祂給我們一點缺陷，就會另外給我們一些天賦。

I am a writer Chin Dabid, I do believe that the God is fairness, He gave us some defects and at the another hand He gave us some gifts.

我曾經在國小教過書，我可以輕易的發現學障兒的天賦。

I did teach at the elementary school, I can find the learning disorder children’s  natural gifts easily.

請問大家: 我若有一雙大腳，我是要把它塞在一雙小鞋子裡面，還是訂製一雙大鞋子？

Let me ask you a question: If I have the big feet should I put them into the small shoes or to make a pair of the right and big shoes?

這個答案非常明顯。

This answer is very clear.

現在我向大家報告，我如何為學障兒訂製一雙大鞋子

Now I am going to report to you how I make a pair of right and big shoes for the learning disorder children.

2014.11.22(六)這天我發明了「Frenlish」(友善英文), Frenlish就是: 我是你的朋友，你了解我。

At the 2014.11.22 Sat the day I have been creating the Frenlish, that is meaning: Friendly+English and I am your friend and you know me.

我率先用簡單和改良的英文單字寫作和與全世界的人溝通，

At the first I use the simple English words and the reform English vocabularies to show what I want to say and try to communicate with all the world.

這就是Frenlish:

我有信心，無論是學障兒、中東戰火之的朋友、非洲孤兒，學了六個月的Frenlish，就可以跟全世界有愛心的人溝通，介給他自己，告訴我們他真正的需要…，小孩不會跟我們要十萬美金，小孩可能只要一件衣服，一箱餅乾…Frenlish真的很好。

I have the confidence all the children who are the learning disorder students, the children under the middle east fight and the Africa orphans they just learn the Frenlish for 6 months who can introduce himself to all the world and tell us what is his realy(really) need. Children would not ask 100000 US dollar, children maybe just ask a clothes, a box of the cooki(cookie). The Frenlish is realy good.

而臺灣寶貝更可以結合電腦網路，用Frenlish跟全世界的人分享我們的理想，我們會有自己的事業和天地，就是透過Frenlish.

And the Taiwan babies are luck to use the computer and internet with the Frenlish to share our idea to al(all) the world. We will have ourselves business and hapy(happy) land just throo(through) the Frenlish.
